Policies
Shipping Policy
All U.S. orders are shipped USPS using First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.
It's is at our discretion to Ship Priority Flat rate if it weighs to much to ship First Class Mail.
All Orders ship with tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Orders over $150.00 will have insurance and delivery confirmation.
Orders Over $250.00 will have insurance and signature confirmation.
Orders Over $300.01 and up will ship for a flat fee of $6.99
NO APO/ FPO allowed.
We do not ship International and Overseas at this time.
Shipping times:
We usually ship within 3 to 5 business days from time payment clears.
Returns:
U.S.A. Return Policy
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ITEM SOLD AS IS OR AS REPAIR ITEM.
You must USE CONTACT US FORM to arrange returns. Click on Contact tab at top or bottom of page.
All returns must be arranged within 15 days from time you recieved your order. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
We will email return authorization number, return shipping address and instructions to you.
Returned items must be returned in exactly the same condition they were in when initially shipped. We will not give any refunds on items which have been tampered with or damaged, this will be left to our discretion. The item must be returned using the same shipping method it was originally sent within 7 days of approved Return confirmation and authorization number is issued to you. All returns received after 10 days from return authorization approval will not be refunded. Unless arranged ahead of time.
I ONLY charge a restocking fee of $10.00 on orders that were returned because buyer changes their mind. All other returns For all other reasons there is no restocking fee.
Refunds are given for the price of the item, less postage and insurance cost.
The returned item must be insured for the full amount (only if it was shipped to you with insurance) and it must have delivery confirmation (no exceptions on delivery confirmation). This is your responsibility. Until we receive the item, you are liable for the cost and the item.
After we have verified that the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a refund within 3 Business days of receipt. Refund will be given as we received payment. We will often allow the customer the choice of a refund or a store credit that can be used at any time.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and us. It is recommend that you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
Damaged Orders
If your order was received damaged during shipment, do not dispose of the packaging material. You must file a claim with USPS.
Do not return the item to us. This will cancel out the USPS insurance. Contact us immediately and we will help you. You need to retain all original packaging and all pieces of the damaged item and take them to the USPS to file a claim. We will process the claim once we hear from the USPS.
A Little About Our Photos
We take photos under bright lights and try to offer larger photos for better viewing. Colors may vary slightly from photos, depending on your monitor.
If you have questions about our treasures or need additional photos, please ask before purchasing. (Note: If the photos seem too dark, please adjust your monitor and/or use IE explorer.)
Grading Jewelry Terms
Excellent condition does not mean mint.
We sell vintage and antique jewelry. If an item has been used, it will generally have at least subtle or normal signs of wear. A piece of jewelry is still old and more fragile than a new one.
The condition of each item is described in the listing and we try hard to be as accurate as possible. Careful attention is noted from the person/s whom we acquired the jewelry from. If you have any questions or want clarification, please contact us.
Antique means at least 80 years old, and many times, much older than that.
Vintage Means at least 25 years old.
Contemporary is less than 25 years old.
We are not experts, and our condition grading is only an estimate. As with all vintage/antique treasures, some items may show wear due to use and age.
Most of the items shown on www.RescuedTreasuresBoutique.com will be rated Mint, Excellent, Very Good or Good.
Items Classified as repair or re purpose and only good for parts or repair these items are sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded!
These items will be priced accordingly.
Please be aware that old jewelry sometimes has glued in stones. This glue can deteriorate over the years. The stones can dislodge in transit. That is why we place the jewelry in a plastic bag or it is wrapped, just in case.
The items listed originate from a variety of sources, so I cannot guarantee that items have originated from a smoke/pet free environment.

We do not sell or share the information you provide us with any 3rd party company or institution.
We collect the necessary contact information to process your order or contact you. Email will always be the first form of contact should we need to contact you.
Misprints, Errors & Disclaimers
While we make every effort to ensure the information on our Website is accurate, misprints or other errors may occur. As such, we reserve the right to change prices, fees, and charges of the products available through our jewelry store, any time and without notice or liability. We also reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order.
We cannot guarantee the products advertised on the web site will be available at the time of your order. These are one of kind pieces, and all items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. All prices and availability are subject to verification during the order confirmation process.
